Jetco MN offers transportation services in collaboration with FedEx, for the delivery of parcels within specified regions and under the terms agreed upon. - Service Agreement
a. Clients utilizing Jetco MN’s services agree to abide by the terms outlined herein.
b. The agreement encompasses the transportation, handling, and delivery of parcels according to the defined schedule and conditions. - Parcel Specifications
a. Clients are responsible for providing accurate parcel information, including weight, dimensions, content details, and any special handling requirements.
b. Jetco MN reserves the right to refuse or delay parcels that do not meet specified criteria or pose risks to safety. - Pricing and Payment
a. Fees for services provided by Jetco MN are outlined in the agreed-upon contract or pricing schedule.
b. Payment terms, including invoicing, payment methods, and due dates, will be detailed in the contractual agreement. - Liability and Insurance
a. Jetco MN assumes responsibility for parcels in its possession but is not liable for unforeseen events, including natural disasters, accidents, or delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
b. Clients are encouraged to obtain insurance for valuable or sensitive shipments. - . Confidentiality
a. Both Jetco MN and clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during their business relationship. - Termination of Services
a. Either party reserves the right to terminate services upon providing reasonable notice, adhering to the terms specified in the agreement. - Governing Law
a. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jetco MN operates. - Amendment of Terms
a. Jetco MN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, providing reasonable notice to clients of any changes. - Agreement Acknowledgment
a. By engaging Jetco MN’s services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
